CONFESSIONS OF A LIFE COACH
I have a confession to make. I’m not a rah-rah type, ‘all singing all dancing’, everything-in-the-garden’s-rosy’ kind of a coach.’ I like to be realistic. I prefer authenticity.
If there are problems I like to fix them. If there are issues, I like to resolve them. When I don’t know the answer, I prefer to admit it. When I’ve made a mistake, I apologize for it. When I fail, it hits me hard. When there is a challenge, I like to rise to it.
When there is sorrow, I need to feel my way through it and get to the other side. When I’m happy, I like to laugh, loud. When I’m positive, I can move mountains. When I’m negative, I can trip over molehills.
When I’m tired, I’m still driven. When I’m exhausted, I’m still motivated. I like to see people winning. I don’t like excuses. I detest lies. I admire a hard work ethic. I put honestly on a pedestal alongside trust. I respect the opinions of others. I am seriously single-minded.
That is who I am.
